02What I do
I design and build products
Designer by profession, explorer by nature. I take ideas from a blank page to a shipped product. One person instead of three: I design the site, build it and launch it. You don’t hire and coordinate a separate developer and project manager, and what goes live matches the approved design.
I put AI to work in your business
AI is changing how companies work, and I keep up with it. Beyond the website, I set up AI to take over the routine: sorting incoming leads, drafting content, answering typical customer questions, preparing reports. My focus is simple — fewer hours on repetitive tasks, more on what grows the business.
A website in 5 days
A landing page or a product site can go live within a week, so you start getting leads and feedback sooner. Mymir and Nobody Labs went from first sketch to launch in that time.
Your team publishes on its own
No developer on the payroll for every new page. Marketing launches a campaign page the day it’s needed, and fast loading keeps paid clicks from leaving before the page opens.
Design that scales with the product
Developers stop rebuilding the same buttons and forms from scratch. New features cost less, reach users sooner and stay consistent without extra review rounds.
Brands with a clear look
A site that doesn’t look like the competition earns trust before anyone reads the text. Loft 31 was built in three months and received Awwwards Honors.
Sites people remember
Scrolling, clicks and cursor movement change what visitors see. They stay longer, look through more of the site and remember the company — that’s what turns a visit into a request.
03Experience
Freelance, Magnit, Unlimit, Ubernatural, Nobody Labs. Four years leading the design team at Magnit, where our AI shopping assistant GRO made the VTB × Magnit accelerator shortlist. I speak the language of both business and engineering, so decisions don’t get stuck between them. Now I’m a co-founder of Blanc Bureau, a design bureau (site soon).

05Testimonials
“If you’re looking for a highly creative, reliable, and tech-savvy designer, I can’t recommend Matt enough. He would be a fantastic addition to any design team.”
— Kirill Morozov, co-founder & CEO of Nobody Labs
“Matthew is a joy to work with! I would definitely recommend him and would love to work with him again.”
— Nadia Ivanova, Chief Communications Officer at Unlimit
“Working with Matthew has been a real pleasure. He’s a skilled, reliable and also a great team player. I strongly recommend him.”
— Alina Smolina, Head of Design at Magnit
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt, a highly skilled UX/UI designer who combines a strong sense of aesthetics with a deep understanding of user behavior.”
— Daniil Sedov, Product Owner at Magnit
“We don’t hire designers who need a week to ‘find the concept.’ Matt shows up, gets the brief, and ships something that actually looks expensive — in Framer, on our timeline. If you can keep pace with us, you’re good. He’s good.”
— Sean Galt, CEO of Ubernatural
06Are we a good fit?
We’ll get along if you:
- want to see a working version early, not a long presentation;
- prefer talking directly to the person who does it, with no managers in between;
- give clear feedback and don’t drag out decisions;
- care about details as much as I do;
- share the context: goals, numbers, limits;
- are starting something new, not polishing an old template;
- plan to work together beyond a single project.
07FAQ
Are you open to full-time roles?
Yes — full-time and part-time roles, as well as projects and long-term collaboration.
What’s your core stack?
Figma, Framer, Webflow, Spline, Adobe and generative AI. AI flow is part of my daily process.
Design or design + build?
Both. I design and ship the actual website in Webflow or Framer, not just mockups.
Do you work with existing teams or solo?
Both. I plug into your team’s process or take a project end-to-end.
How fast do you deliver?
Depends on scope. I’ve shipped full pages in 5–10 days and larger builds in weeks, not months.
How do you handle handoff?
Clean files, organized layers, documented components. Nothing for your team to untangle.
Can you follow our design system?
Yes — I work inside existing systems or build one if there isn’t one.
What do I actually get?
A live, fast, responsive website, designed and built, ready to publish.
How does the process work?
Brief → concept → design & build → handoff. Clear communication, 48h updates.
Can I edit the site after launch?
Yes. You get full access in Framer and can update it yourself, or I handle changes.
Do you do brand and web, or just web?
Both. Visual identity, art direction, and the website as one coherent system.
How much does it cost?
Depends on scope. Tell me what you’re building and I’ll send a clear proposal.
What’s your workflow?
Figma for concepts, low-code for build, AI flow to move faster on concepts and iterations.
How do you use AI in your work?
For concepting, iteration, and speed. It’s a tool in the flow, not the flow.
Do you code, or just design?
I build in Webflow or Framer: animations, interactions, responsive layouts.
When do you use Framer, and when Webflow?
Webflow for enterprise-grade sites and larger systems. Framer for fast promo pages and quick launches.
Fixed project or ongoing?
Both: fixed projects and long-term collaboration.
How do you keep us updated?
Updates every 48h.
Do you handle SEO and performance?
Yes — fast, responsive, SEO-ready builds. Speed is part of the design.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. I stay on for updates, or hand you full control in Webflow or Framer.
Do you write custom code?
I build in Framer and Webflow; for custom stacks I hand off clean, structured design.
Do you work component-based?
Yes. Reusable components and tokens, so your codebase stays clean.
Do you work with early startups?
Absolutely — startups and teams looking to disrupt their market are my thing.
